What to expect during a Reiki Session
When you arrive at A Lasting Change, we will briefly discuss how you are feeling and what you would like to focus on during your session.
During the session, you will lay comfortably on a relaxing table. I will gently place my hands on or just above different areas of your body to help balance your energy and chakra system.
Many people experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, or a sense of peace during session. Each session is unique and customized to each individuals needs. Clients often leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more balanced.
After the session, we may discuss any insights or recommendations to support your continued healing.

With over 6 years of experience as a Reiki Master and Intuitive Energy Healer, I was called to this work because I witnessed its power firsthand. Energy healing transformed my own life in profound ways. After dealing with physical and emotional trials that mentally held me back, Reiki guided me to my higher purpose. Once I experienced energy healing I knew my life would never be the same. I am passionate about helping others experience that same shift. I specialize in energy healing, chakra balancing, mediumship and intuitive spiritual healing; creating a grounded yet sacred space for true lasting change for my clients.
